| i'm going to school...15 hrs this semester....bought to start teaching guitar lessons next week for my new job,can't wait to get started.....i'm going to witchita for springbreak to see blake and a record some songs, can't wait for that as well, based on how amazing his new stuff sounds ( www.notofblake.com ) check it out. over and over and over. i do. in fact i'm listening to it right now for the 17th time. | signed up for 18 credit hours this fall(that's 6 classes) and i'll still be working 35 hrs a week. should be a crazy little semester. maybe it will liken to the load of new geneva so i won't feel like im in kindergarden like i have all summer here at community college....it's fun being in the midst of worldliness again, put some of my knowledge to work. feels good to stick out a little.....makes me wanna be a pastor more and more as i hit face to face with people who are lost and... really people who i'd never usually talk to cuz they smell and are really poor and have no since of morality, but that's the people i am talking to now and i love it. as christians we should not fear to take on the bruises and wounds of these lost people because we have one who will take them from us, jesus. not in the sense to take their sins as Christ did ours, but to labor with these undegenerate and lost souls and feel their scrapes and tears. to know what and who they are. i wanna bring the remedy to these sick and dying people through jesus christ. i wanna see these dead, healed and redeemed. i wanna be a friend and servant, which is an odd desire for a foolish and prideful man like me, but only to God be any glory. may i never be lost in false humility, but only boast for Christ. | | |

| i graduate tomorrow, very nice , cant wait....i found out the i can step out of about 9 or twelve hours of course from pcc in history and humanities since i've had so much, i can just test out and get the credits so that means that by christmas i will 40 credit hours from pcc, and after that one semester will prolly wrap up my associates in science and on to murray and hopefully a few semesters and summers will earn me my bachelors in business management...very hopeful this will only be a short stay in state college yet excited to press forward very hard into my future............................only one month till i see switchfoot, i'm fully prepared to discuss philosophy with jon or any band members that might give an idiot like me a few minutes to talk so i can destroy their idea of "nothin is sound" a false and nihilistic statement that when coupled with "everything is meaningless" makes one hope that they don't believe that. the word of God is sound and there are pieces of soundness in us as we are all made in the image of God and nothing is without meaning. hope i can talk to them, but if i don't, oh well, their music still rocks and so do they | | |
| WELP!?! It's official, my parental units are moving to benicia,california which is 25 miles inland from san francisco. my mom got an offer she couldn't refuse and she is now the head of operations of the entire west coast (cali, hawaii, washington, oregon, nevada, utah and such) of beauty systems group which is a ginormous conglomorate company of beauty products world wide(everything from hair to toe nails).............she's like 5th ranking in the entire company now, pretty much the coolest mom ever. so i'm staying and a getting an appartment with brett and will continue school and continue with katie...of course.......that' all | | |
